Mod that randomly chooses from multiple combat surrender mods?

Crime and Punishment is a great mod. Violate is a great mod. Unfortunately you have to choose which one to use for player surrender. What I am looking for is a mod that will monitor when the player goes to low health OR presses a hotkey to surrender (just like CAP and Violate do). The mod would then randomly press the hotkey for either CAP or Violate to surrender, as defined by the player. That way the player doesn't know what is going to happen until it happens. Does this exist? How hard would it be to make?
