BD UUNP Armor and clothes replacer at Skyrim Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) There's a pic on the 39th slide, and it has the same tear in the bottom right that your pick does. I don't know if he made it himself, or if it comes from one of the credited mods.
