Muliple orgasm issues

Hi there, I am trying to find the source of the issues I have with multiple orgasms on the character in my game

 

I'm using a combination of mods including SLSO, Soulgem Oven Beta, DirtBloodCum, Defeat and Sexlab Deadly Drain

I cant figure out that when the male orgasms via SLSO, Soulgem Oven + DirtBloodCum counts it as 2 so 2 sougems are added and 2 cum textures are applied, my thought is come conflight with deadly drain but I can't figure it out...
