So, idle question.  There was an attempt to make a Liara race by GSB for Oblivion, which stalled out mainly due to facemorph issues.  There's a Fallout NV Liara race that does have working facemorphs.

 

How easy/possible is it to make these facemorphs compatible with Oblivion?
