[search] mage robe replacer that removes forearm part

Hi, is there any robe replacer that only removes the forearm of it? (not sure what is the correct name for it) I always disliked it. Yesterday I saw this screenshot

 

and that part of the robes is gone in it so I'm wondering which mod removed it (I know the textures are from Rustic Clothing)
