NPC sex animations not working

Hi 

 

NPC sex is not working at all in my game.

Any time I try and initiate, it either says there aren't available sims OR "couldn't prepare animations"

 

I have the newest versions of both the sims 4 and WW as of 3/26/22

it was running fine before this last update but I already updated WW to current and its still broken

 

heres the last exception:
