Petite Body Parts?

So I'm looking for either a S4S tutorial or some content that's already been created where I can change the body parts on sims using WW Body Part Selector to more petite preferences. I'd like to be able to create said body parts myself but if there isn't an easy tutorial for that I could settle with pre-existing content. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks a lot.
