What you are looking for is fully dependent on whether there exists already an animation for it.  So you can go through each animation mod in the Guide and see.

Feral... ghouls?

The short answer is no. There is little no nothing in the line of male characters fucking a female something unless that is a female human/ghoul.

Most animations are made in mind that the player will play as a female character and get their seggs on.

same here, that is exactly the type of mod I most want to play with

hard to believe there is not yet a polished mod with female lover dogmeat able to satisfy her master in bed, or where you can rail a pacified radstag doe

if anybody has plans to make this already, I would love to support a project like this being done by somebody who already knows how. but if nobody is yet doing, or willing to do, a project like that, then I would like to learn how to do such a mod.

presumably it would need new animations at minimum (I did not deeply check every animation pack, but saw nothing like this on a quick skim over most of them), maybe some new modeling, texturing, rigging (not needed for version one, just for fine detail once main framework is working)? sounds, and scripting, also. its a lot to learn. if anybody would like to help with mods like this, I know there are more than a couple of us who would enjoy it.

even if the help would just be guidance, any help towards making this dream a reality would be appreciated

 

this mod inspired me to look further into this, was honestly surprised to see it has not been done yet, considering how much other kinky shit has been put into game
