Sims keep getting read as naked even after putting their clothes back on

I'm having an issue with Naturism as whenever my sims stay naked after sex or masturbation and they get caught they get stuck in a loop where they keep putting the clothes on despite having them on and the prompt saying they put their clothes back on. It still persists after resetting the sims and changing the outfit.
