A cheap-looking urban nightclub in case you need one. Fully functional, fully furnished.

 

This is not a strip-club!!! Just a regular place to dance to a DJ, have a drink and chill, although it has a strip pole and can potentially be one if you wish to remodel.

 

It is very spacious and can work as a great backdrop for taking pictures and videos.

 

Do not forget to turn on MoveObjects On when placing it!

What to do if you don't have all the DLCs and packs mentioned?

 

Here's a list of what's what on this lot.

 

You absolutely need:

 

Get to Work

 

for the net fence, vents and pipes, planks, outside lights, security cameras, posters, doors, inside fences, sinks and bathroom decorations.

 

Get Famous

 

for vents, graffiti, wooden planks, a bar and a coffee table

 

City Living

 

for graffiti, bricks on outside walls, lampposts, billboard and pictures

 

Get Together

 

for windows, graffiti, pipes, a trashcan, dance floor and a DJ booth

 

You are very recommended to have:

 

Seasons

 

for windows

 

Moschino

 

for windows

 

Pets

 

for graffiti and arches

 

Dine out

 

for sign and a nectar shelf

 

Snowy Escape

 

for posters and window awning

 

University

 

for toilet booth

 

Strangerville

 

for vents

 

You will most certainly get by without:

 

Island Living

 

since it's only a wall awning

 

Eco Living

 

since it's only that one big dumpster

 

Luxury Party

 

since it's just an ottoman, you may replace it with a different one and be fine

 

Home Decorator

 

since it's just sofas, same as with the ottoman above

 

Trip to Batuu

 

since it's just a single vent

Everything's working fine. Thank you for this. Was looking for a "shitty" nightclub for my sweaty sleazeball to frequent after work. ?
