It won't be very difficult to achieve what Dreamer brings yourself.

 

Use the default ENB files or any light-weight ENB as a base. I think Visionaire ENB has similar shadows and detailing. Copy data\textures\sky\ from Dreamer into your SSE ENB directory. You can achieve the same contrast, bloom, and color with IMAGINATOR.
