Sumthang Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 Hey folks, I'm using OStim with a futa character. It's working really well for the most part, but I noticed that certain animations seems to expect a more curved schlong model whereas mine is really straight, this causes a slight misalignment during various animations. I'm using Skyrim SE, with UNP SOS model on CBBE body. Is there another SOS model that's more suited to OStim? Here's an example of what I'm talking about: Spoiler
dairy pirate Posted March 26, 2022 Posted March 26, 2022 EvilRex has a particularly curved schlong. Honestly you're more than likely just going to have to fiddle around with the positions to find the best angle. The main issue is OStim's animations are rigged to a male/female pairing. Male skeletons have a different orientation than the female skeleton. This is what causes schlong wonkiness between two female characters. There are some (as in barely any) futa animations out there, so if you (or someone you know) is willing to port them into OStim framework (the mod author has a guide), there you go. That's just kind of the state of things, until someone develops more futa-centric animations, or someone reworks every straight pairing animation to work with two female characters. Good luck skeleton. As a side note, I had the exact opposite issue that you have with OStim Animations. Curved schlong was clipping too much (the Futa Schlong does have a "classic" slider in the Bodyslide Files to make it straighter).
Sumthang Posted March 26, 2022 Author Posted March 26, 2022 Quote Male skeletons have a different orientation than the female skeleton. I suspected it was something fundamental like that. I guess we should be lucky the female skeleton lines up really well in most scenario's. In the meantime, I'm trying that Futanari model and liking it so far. Thanks for the suggestion.
dairy pirate Posted March 27, 2022 Posted March 27, 2022 No problem! Happy modding, and enjoy your futas!
devildx Posted April 1, 2022 Posted April 1, 2022 It is because the schlong have a different position on the male skeleton that was used to make the animation. You can edit the sos meshes and make them have the same position as the male but will look a bit weird. You will need Niskope do to this. For the UNP addon the meshes are in data>meshes>actors>character>character assets>SOS>B3lisario UNP Edit the all nifs: ninode > bsbehavior > change SOSFemale.hkx to SOSMale.hkx in the string (right click and edit) and save the mesh.
