MCM settings to get SLIF, MME, FillHerUp, and Fertility Mode working together?

Hey all.  I'm looking for recommended MCM settings to get the four mods in the title working together correctly.  I'm using CBBE for morphs, and thus far all the clothing/armor I;ve tried scales correctly over time, but I'm having issues getting breast growth during milk increase/decrease and belly inflation/deflation to work correctly.  If someone could let me know what their settings are that play nice together it would be greatly appreciated.
