Weird pop up on start w/ version / hoe it up not working

I have the most recent version v167g. Im not sure why this is popping up but I think its preventing my Hoe It up Mod i just downloaded from working

My friend isnt getting this and her Hoe It Up mod works

I had received a weird Error 0 in my game before but i did a full uninstall and reinstall already. Any ideas?

Do you have MS OneDrive linked with your Sims folder? If you do, that is resetting it to an older version, most likely. Unlink OneDrive from your Sims folder. Make sure to delete the localthumbcache.package file anytime that you make a change to your Sims folder.
