invisible hat stuck on

It seems I have a hat equipped that is now invisible and impossible to be unequipped.

Because I am still benefiting from the enchantments on the hat.

I can equip another hat, but the enchantments from the invisible hat still remain.

I belive it was from the TERA armor collection which I uninstalled.

Re-installing the mod didn't help unless I go back about a week.

Because my current saves have the invisible hat.

 

The enchant is kinda OP and game breaking for me (235235234 bow dmg ) so I'd like to be able to remove it.

 

Any ideas how I can get around this without going back to a week old save?
