Cuts and Bruises from Combat?

Are there any good mods that add things like cuts, black-eyes, and bruises when an NPC gets hit? For example, if you punch Nazeem he'll get a black eye for a couple days, or if you hit someone with a dagger without killing them, they'll have a large cut on their body. I'm not looking for anything fancy like hit-regions and weapon-specific effects, just something to show that you've fucked someone up.
