I have been on a quest to find this as well for more than a month now... BUT I THINK I JUST DID!!

 

Magnum des Voyageurs - The Brotherhood of Translators (confrerie-des-traducteurs.fr)

 

It includes a French readme, IDK if the actual mod file has been translated as well. Haven't tested it yet but it looks like all the files are there.
