!![Skyrim AE] "Headless Chicken" quest failed... what?

After finishing the Seasons quest from AE and exiting Runoff Caves I immediately got a message that apparently I failed a "Headless chicken" quest and my Goldenhills Plantation steward is disappointed.

 

There was no such quest in my journal, I don't remember ever taking any quest like that. Did a console search and it threw me a code result (jf_chall_headlesschick quest code) that claims this quest is part of "RealisticWaterTwo - Resources.esm", which doesn't seem right. I ran Tes5edit and didn't find any similar quest for it.

 

I've tried searching google for answers, but found nothing that has anything to do with Skyrim.

 

Does anyone know what quest that could be and what is it about?

Joyful Followers has challenges called Headless Chicken. No idea what it is as i have not triggered that. But the MCM say it could trigger when entering a dungeon.
