Hotkey binding keyboard and controller

Anyone knows how to get xpadder working? It doesn't work anymore. 
I try to have selectors 

for example, if I am holding A on my xbox controller, it goes to selecter 2. And on selector 2 L trigger is binded to +

It doesn't execute binds anymore but I do feel the xbox control rumble. ( i have to rumble while its selecting bind (while I hold the button)

I am using an xbox one controller. Even when I disabled controller ingame, xpadder doesn't execute Binded keyboard keys
