Request: An outfitter mod thats randomly adds one of several configurable outfits to an npc in an instance of their chest armor slot becoming empty

It would be cool if we had an auto equip mod for npcs that would give them stuff to wear anytime they lost their chest piece.  You could add pieces to it that could be used for this via an assigned hotkey while hovering over an item in your open backpack.  It would be a really nice auto change wardrobe when naked mod so you could add either random underwear or a different outfit when an npc became naked.  In the mcm menu you would be able to add different items to each equipment slot and each of those would have a changeable equip chance when this mod proccd.  What do you guys think?
