HQ Mod & Finding Big Boob Clothing?

Hey there!

 

At this point I don't know if it's a thing or not but basically I am wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for some clothing that doesn't become a blury mess and/or clip loads when your Sim has big boobs? Also is there an updated HQ mod for the Sims? Because all I know about is the outdated one which I found really hard to get working correctly yet I see so many screenshots with peoples Sims that look so damn good it hurts ahah
