This shows the apartment complex at a different stage of build.

I replaced the white picket fence on the second floor with Railings used in my Vault 88 build.  First and second floors now have power and lights.

Both first and second floors have tiled landings, as does each room.   The tiling's for the floors are from "Snappy Builds mod".  Could not get the wallpaper to work because it only works with the snappy walls . 

The first floor only is complete except for room numbers and of course to assign people to the rooms. Each room will have the minimum Dresser, bed, locker, table lamp, and small couch.

All facilities will be in another building. The building formally used as a mass dormitory, will be converted into a club house or mixed entertainment facility.

I know I said I was finished with the apartment complex....but I just had to add one more floor

most of the rooms are furnished as such.

The next thing I plan to do is build a place where everyone can go and wash up.
