Skill lvl 100+ Glitches out Perks

For any skill that I get to lvl100, or past, the perks on the skill tree (that have not been unlocked yet) are locked. The required #, just disappears.

I can get the perks that were previously unlocked, but anything that was locked, I can no longer get it or unlock it.

I am using ordinator and an skill uncapper mod.

 

Any advice on how to solve this?
