Help with blender

First of all, I must say that I'm a total noob with blender so if I'll  seem dumb it's because I'm dumb ?

I'm trying to modify the mod petite feet tiptoes ( https://dallasgirl79.wordpress.com/2020/04/23/petite-feet-tiptoes-new-mesh-tired-of-having/ ) replacing the mod toes with the base game ones because i don't like how it looks when the sim wears also pantyhose.

This is what I've done until now but for some reason the base game toes don't show up in ts4studio and the result is that the cc looks like it was at the beginning even if i deleted some vertices.

Any help would be very useful ?
