Error installing mod on Vortex (Deviously Cursed Loot SE 9.0)

I am trying to install this mod on vortex for Skyrim SE. However, the installation is canceled by this error (attached image).

I have all the requirements of this mod and all the mods needed for it.
How can I solve that?

It has just been updated, Vortex experienced some errors from yesterday's update. Please check your Skyrim data folder. Mine got jumbled up with folders being directly copied into the main data folders (e.g. FOMOD folder along with the mod's contents), but thankfully none of the installations were broken.

I have the same identical error.  Is there a place I can manually move the files or something I can do to fix this?

Its a Vortex issue, using an older version for now seems to be the only solution

on the nexus mod page for vortex, in the files tab, simply scroll down to "older files" and pick one of those. i picked version 1.4.17 from january, and that worked for me, but your chance of breaking something else increases the further back you go
