When I use some characters with a big dick from the Noir and Dark pack they always clip through the sims

Because the animations are designed for base characters. The animators would need to create special animations for every single possible penis CC for it to not clip. I recommend just shift-clicking on the sex, choose WW, then choose "don't use this animation". That will prevent any animation that has really bad clipping from appearing again (that's what I've done). There's a lot of animations that work fine with big dicks, but not all of them were created with those sizes in mind.
