dannysdb5 Posted February 23, 2022 Posted February 23, 2022 How do I get this working in my animation? Just to be perfectly and abundantly clear, I want to animate the butt like this from E404P's animation packs: https://files.catbox.moe/o8zkdy.webm https://files.catbox.moe/c812k4.webm If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know. What I've tried: I have the dumbaby .package in both my Sims 4 mods folder and my S4Studio mods folder. I downloaded the big booty compatible IK rig from here: I created a simple animation, baked it correctly. My sim moves exactly as I expect in-game, and the boobs bounce just like they did in Blender...... except no butt jiggle! What gives? Am I meant to configure something in the S4Studio or S4PE first? Like adding a rig resource or something like a slot? Someone help me here, I'm completely lost at what to do, and there are very few tutorials for working with custom rigs. The one thing different I did in the IK rig was hide the big booty bottom mesh (don't like it), unhide the vanilla WW bottom, add the correct vertex groups with the appropriate names and weight paint them. Would that have triggered something to not work properly? What should I be doing? For reference, here is the download link to the rig I used: https://www.loverslab.com/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=1010836 and here are dumbaby's rig packages:

dannysdb5 Posted February 23, 2022 Author Posted February 23, 2022 I just realized I was getting this error message from Wicked Whims in-game (see below). This would suggest the custom rig I'm using is conflicting with the one built into the wickedwhims package, which could be causing my problem. This begs the question; how exactly do certain animation creators get around this? You don't need to use a dedicated custom rig package to get the E404P animations to jiggle, so there is obviously something configured there that I'm missing. 10 minutes ago, parzysty said: @dannysdb5 What do those webms show? First is an animation by error404 and the second one? Maybe ask @εяяσя404ρнιℓℓιρs ? I did, I was directed to ask KingBlackCinema, who is still yet to respond. They are both from the E404P animation pack. One is in-game, the other in Blender after exporting from the package.

Have you tried looking at the animation you posted from below? You should notice the entire pelvis moving. This might be how it appears in the second webm, but I can assure you it is not correct, or there is more to it. Firstly, in terms of structure, the pelvis is near the top of the hierarchy. The thighs, calfs, feet, etc are parented to it, and have to move with it. Secondly, as visible from the webm, there is a certain type of bobble that is kind of difficult to achieve with the default WW skeleton. Maybe my eyes are deceiving me, and it really is just LocRot of the pelvis used in the E404 animations with some trick to prevent stretching, but even so, I'd still like something a bit more flexible for my own purposes, if that's possible. dumbaby went to the effort of creating a custom butt rig, which was further expanded upon (poorly I might add) in the IK rig here: So I assume there is some kind of way to override the default WW rig.
