Marriage Ceramony Problem

Im having a problem with the marriage ceremony in skyrim. I have a lot of mods running but so far they have worked fine but when I come to getting married I can pop the question get an answer and arrange the ceremony but the bride never shows up and the quest never completes or fails no matter how long I wait (feeling a bit jilted . Iv tried on an unmodded save and it works fine but with my modded save it wont work with anyone. Iv checked around and cant find anything on this bug, all the wedding bugs are to do with after the ceremony or stiffs showing up at the wedding. Iv also tried advancing the quest with the console but no luck, I don't have any mods installed to do with marriage apart from maybe lovers comfort but I don't think that alters the quest itself. Any advice would be appreciated maybe a way to just skip the ceremony all together.

Might be having the same issue here, but I dont think it affects only marriage, cause I have a feeling that none of the vanilla scripted events are happening.

Im not seeing any thieves running around riften, the dawnguard guy does not show up even if im above level 10 and I can't progress dark brotherhood questline after killing grelod the kind, because the courier never shows up.

 

Also what makes it kind of weird is: if I create new save with exact same mods running, everything works fine, but after a while quests stop working.

 

I'm thinking it could be caused by lovers comfort, because first time I noticed the issues was a day or two after installing lovers comfort.
