Does a no collision mod interfere with this?

I'm considering trying this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41866?tab=posts&BH=1 which allows you to disable collision with either actors, clutter, or weapons on the ground - in order to stop getting stuck on my companions in particular.  If I were to install this, would it then interfere with breast collision on my own character for example, or collisions within AAF animations?  I suspect it will, which would be a bit of a shame and would prevent me from being able to use it, but I'd rather know ahead of time than install something and then have to uninstall it mid-game.
