Fallout 4 - Crime and Punishment Overhaul

Hello modding friends, 

 

since I played Skyrim and I liked the prison overhaul by xaz, I somehow miss the function in Fo4. I have seen that there are already a lot of custom mods which can be merged. For example crime and punishment, but here if you surrender there is just a black screen and you end in jail. Is it possible to mod it so that the character gets handcuffed and walked to Diamond city prison? Maybe add a skip option also if it takes too long, or make it just available like 500 m radius of diamond city. 

If there is a modding expert sharing my idea, I would like to talk with you, maybe make the mod myself (I am a totally beginner, but I have coding experience )
