Narukami outfit mod backport issue

So I've been trying to backport this mod Narukami - hdt SMP (CBBE 3BA - BHUNP) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
I've backported outfits before, but for some reasons the meshes of the dress are completely messed up in game.

I've tried both removing the XML files themselves and remove the XML from the nif in NifSkope, but it stays just as messed up.

The other parts of the mod work fine (even other SMP parts), so I can't figure out what's causing it.

Any help is appreciated!

Same issue i tried Cathedral program but it still does that stretching thing
