MME working but not showing up in MCM as a menu.

So the mod works but I cannot access the options/menu in MCM because it won't load. I've tried every forum solution. Here's what I've done so far:

 

Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Started new save then installed it after picking a life in LAL.

Used the Jaxonz MCM kicker

Used the console command setstage ski_configmanagerinstance 1

I tried saving and reloading.

I even tried the coc qasmoke cell save thingy.

 

I just want to know how I can make this work because it's an excellent mod.
