XP32 Maximum Skeleton patch to attack in air and under water

i tryed Combat Gameplay Overhaul  it have problem with XP32 Maximum Skeleton

if there is a patch that will do that it will make things way more better

FNIS was never meant to allow underwater and airfighting. It just does not touch these at all and it never will. Maybe Nemesis does but certainly not FNIS.
