angelicmonstar Posted February 13, 2022 Posted February 13, 2022 So, I've had this pets glitch for ages and thought it was just the install on my old PC. I've changed computers so you can imagine my annoyance when it happened on the new one. As you can see, the animals colours are wrong. Like, all cats are ginger tabby cat, all small dogs are black and tan and all large dogs have dalmatian spots. I've done every single fix I can find, although none cover my specific problem, including repairing the game through Origin (which I suspect if the cause of this issue since it's two separate computers). It happens with or without my mods so I know it's not a mods error. I'm hoping some of the clever people here have come across this issue and better yet a fix for it. The attached screenshots are of an Alaskan Malmute, a Domesticated Fox and a Siamese Cat so you can clearly see the problem. It also happens with animals you adopt on the phone. Cows, chicken, etc seem to be exempt from the error though. At this point I'm ready to accept all suggestions - I've even reinstalled the game to see if that fixed the issue. Thanks for you time.
