Elven script tattoo

I'm getting right to the point: There once was a mod on skyrim that was esentially an elven script tattoo, from LotR I guess? I don't fully remember but I think the author was MisterGibson. Is it still around somewhere?

i didn't know there was a mod like this at all. but now that i read this i wanna know if this still exists somewhere as well.
