Camera Aperture Not Working?

Is it just me, or does the camera depth of field no longer work? I tried with both mods on and off but it no longer does anything. I'm on Steam.

I'm on Steam and it works fine for me. I think some people had problem with an updated Shower Demist mod killing DOF throughout the game (not just camera) and ended up modding an older version.

 

Some mods are persistent even if you press F2 to disable mods using 3DMigoto. You may might need to try moving it out of VV's folder completely to verify.
