Peruse Posted February 11, 2022 Posted February 11, 2022 while I don't know about Dark Souls 2, there's some fairly impressive stuff being done with DS1, up to and including new animations. I'm sure if someone really wanted to add new adult items, change item descriptions, etc. then they really could. As it is though, it looks like most adult stuff all across the board is relegated to texture modding.
