Add XPS character to skyrim

Hi,

I just need help for add an XPS character as a follower in Skyrim. The character I want to add is Catwoman from Batman Arkham Knight (https://www.deviantart.com/sticklove/art/Catwoman-1960s-DLC-569410632) but I don't find a good tutorial who explain what I need to do (I'm beginner on Blender). I just managed to import the character on Blender and now I'm stuck
