Can someone remove collision for companions?

I have  https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35925?tab=files

it removes collision on my followers in skyrim. When I looked at it, it was an SKSE dll not a regular mod I could try to port over to Fallout 4.

I am utterly clueless on this.

 

Perhaps someone out there could earn the undying gratitude of hudreds or thousands of players by remaking this mod for fallout 4.

I did not try it yet, but the mod Player Collision Options might help.
