Help: Mods stopped working in Steam version

I havent played for a few months and when i came back and updated on steam, all my mods stopped functioning properly. Eg, my CC mod comes out looking like this:

 

 

 

Any ideas how i can fix this? I redownloaded the CC with the current instructions but it still shows up like this. Cant seem to pinpoint exactly which part i should update. Thanks in advance.
