Strap ons don’t automatically apply

I’m having this problem where strap ons don’t appear when my lesbian sims are having sex (I made sure to check that female sims could have female and male roles during sex, too). I’ve had strap ons in my game for years now but for some reason they don’t show up anymore like they used to. I even have the “disable unnecessary strap ons” option off. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Same for me too. Pity this never got answered. Now I have female sims performing male role sex acts, and there's nothing there. Irritating.

IIRC there's an option in WW that you can automatically equip a sim if role's are not appropriate (like F + F but the first F must become the M)

By any chance, did you disabled or unequipped it on the sim that you want?
