[sEARCH] mod to make body-enhancing potions from monster bodyparts, as well as enchant armor that slowly affects body shape (like bigger breasts)

I saw this mod a couple of days ago, but regretfully I forgot to follow it here on LL. The idea seemed really interesting and I want to try out the mod, but I can't find it.

From what I remember, you were able to harvest bodyparts from different monsters to create potions that change your body shape, like making you more muscly or giving you bigger breasts. The mod also allowed you to add two enchantments on one piece of armor, but in exchange, it made the armor piece unstable, affecting the wearer's body shape the longer they wore it.
