Wrye Bash Modding Help

Hello People,

 

I am currently running LE and I used Wrye Bash to modify and tweak problems in my game. Somehow the installation of my Wrye Bash is no longer where it should be and I have to reinstall it now. When I do reinstall WB the tool only recognizes the main game and none of my mods or tweaks I did before. Is there a way to have the mod organizer recognize my current mod setup and files?

 

Ive looked over and I havent seen a whole lot of information about adding WB to an existing load order.
