Disappearing animations

I've been experiencing a rather strange glitch - sometimes when I open up the game, not all animations in a file will appear. (ex. there's a particular teasing animation from lupobianco that I like called OverwhelmingLove, but it keeps disappearing, as if it was uninstalled.) I've tried redownloading all my animations and while this seemed to fix the problem, the same animations disappeared sometime later. Within that time I had made no changes to my mods folder, WW settings, or done any sort of batch fixing with S4S (I initally thought that the latter was what made the animations disappear, but apparently not.) Has anyone else experienced this?
