Community Feedback required: Organizing Mods

Hey there. I need input from other modders and users for the following topic.

We have sooo many mods for this game now. Every new suits probably gets its own mod and often several variations of it. Plus different moddes may work on it, so there are even more versions (which often arent compatible with each other because of different UV and texture maps used)

 

I am reworking my whole libraby of mods I made and try to find a better way of organizing them, so additional suits will be easier to find. I alone made over 300 costume mods so far, plus other non-costume mods (not all released yet), so scrolling through them to find a specific one is getting worse and worse.

I will add the english translated names and will try to also add the japanese names, which I cant read but may be able to find by comparing the symbols.

 

However, even with the names added, I want to group the mods into the following categories:

 

Costume Mods>

          N_R_Basics                (Normal suits, including the full nude version, maybe trying to give every normal suit a full nude option)

          SR_Girls_Specifics       (Girls specific SR suits, which are limited to each girl, plus color variations)

          SR_Event                   (Girls SR event suits, which are usually for all girls, plus color variations)

          SSR_Girls_Specifics     (Vanilla SSR suits for the original casted girls, plus the first and second SSR suit releases of the new girls)

          SSR_Birthday             (Girls specific birthday SSR suits)

          SSR_Event                 (SSR event suits, plus color variations)

          Accessoires               (Edited accessoire items. E.g. Cat Ear headband, without the headband)

 

Environmental Mods>

          OwnerRoom             (Furniture and object edits. E.g. Poster, Figure Stands)

          World                       (Changes to the world in general. E.g. Palm leafs, Poker Cards, Gacha Demist)

          PoseCards                (Changes to PoseCards / Objects)

          UI                             (UI mods - heavily experimental and kinda unusable at the moment)

 

Girl Mods>

          Body_Texture            (Girls specific body texture)

          Clothes_Tan              (Clothes edited tan texture)

          Hair_Makeup            (Hair color and make up changes)

          Girl_Appearance       (Changing girls appearing. E.g. pointy elf ears for Lobelia - experimental, or Facial Expressions)

 

 

With the help of the awesome Mod Manager made by @avenger54 it will be much easier to navigate the mods. At least thats what I hope.

Do you guys have any ideas how to improve the list, or did I miss something important?
Let me know your ideas.

P.S.

This organization is purely based on my personal use of mods, which are pretty much just my own mods, plus a few like "Better Palm Leafs", "Gacha Demist" and "Facial Expressions".
If you got a solution to fit other modders works and textures in a way that doesnt interfere with each others work, and/or the Costume Customizer mods, please go ahead and share it.

I fear however, that my very long fiddling with other body meshes resultet in at least two different body mesh uses, which need different textures, which cause weird texture artifacts on the other mods.
Since I only use my own mods, it doesnt bother me, but I know there are users who want higher res textures and other modders mods, which are usually not working well with my ones.
Or maybe people are have allready decided that they stick with one modders for maximum competability. Feel free to tell me in the comments how you use the mods.
