How to get NPC go a little away

My problem, probably not the only one, is if you are in a rather confined space and a sex act happens, npc will sometimes walk over, stand over you or pop in or out.

Now i have Spectators installed but i already limited the amount of people that can partake.

So is there a solution i am not aware off that can eliminate that problem.
From what i understand, i am sure it has to do something with pathways of NPC's. So i am using currently my own mod for Inn's where there are at least 25 NPC in the room. So its quite crowded. (i will change my NPC to sit to avoid some of that problem).

But in general this happens all the time also with vanilla npc's.

I haven't checked if Sexlab actually has an option for that. Have to check.
