Only one animation showing up?

when I try to make my sims have sex only the option for vaginal shows up (regardless of gender) with a single animation only. When I first tested out wicked whims it came with a few animations but after installing a couple of new animations every other animation is "incompatible" no matter who I try them with, but I can still see the animations are there as I go and make a playlist (i can't use the playlists) 

i'm very new to sims modding and totally lost! pls help!
