Hello , this was my character from oblivion and since i was bored from playing my current one i wanted to bring back some memories  which mods can get me closest to this look ?

better male faces and body

and search hall of torque for the mod by alien slof called: just for men

 

there it´s the xivilai armor ported...you would need to adapt the textures tough
