Blinking (flickering) screen. Help! (solved only to reappear)

The issue is general and not content related, but people here were of great help whenever I needed it.

 

So, for the first time after AE release, I started the game and got this blinking/flickering screen.

Game though runs and doesn't CTD. If minimized - runs perfectly fine. Alt+Tab to it - flickers.

Changing to Fullscreen=0 in SkyrimPref.ini doesn't help.

Tried to launch unmodded game - same problem. New game or loaded save doesn't matter.

 

Windows 7, NVidia GPU, Game version 1.5.97.0 (downgraded from the latest Steam version, which had the same issue).

 

Anyone ever had similar issue?

 

UPDATE: Issue has been resolved by deleting .ini's in My Game folder and running launcher to create new ones with lowest settings. Hope it will help someone in the future.

UPDATE 2: Next day - same crap. Neither editing and reseting  .ini helping now. Any advices on how to resolve the problem for good?
