probably after downloading animal sos, I found that giant's cock have been over streaching, I've re-register the creature framework and the fnis but the problem still exist.

problem solved. If you use vortex, let it overwrite More Nasty Critters Special Edition SE

Though another bug appear, sometimes the giant become invisable

 What do you mean by letting it overwrite MNC? Have it load after it or something else? (I know this is an old post, but I am having this issue and cannot find another post about this).
